The Bay of Plenty District Health Board is inviting patients, their families and whānauto share their experiences and help shape the standards of care that everyone working at the Bay of Plenty District Health Board will be expected to meet.
To do this we have organised, a survey and a series of ‘In Your Shoes’ sessions to be held from 28 November to 2 December 2016 as part of this organisation-wide initiative which aims to keep improving the quality of everyone’s experiences within the services we provide. The sessions will be held at both Tauranga and Whakatāne Hospitals
Patients, their families and whānauwill have the opportunity to meet our staff and tell them about their real life experiences face-to-face.
We want to listen to a wide-range of people who have used the hospital for an outpatient appointment, emergency, surgery or as an inpatient for any reason in the last 18 months.
